Refund & Cancellation Policy
Since PCMNotes sells digital downloadable products (PDF notes), all sales are considered final once the download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded.
- No refund will be provided once a PDF has been downloaded.
- If you face a technical issue (corrupted file, wrong chapter delivered, payment deducted but no access received), contact us within 24 hours at support@pcmnotes.com with your Order ID, and we will resolve it by providing the correct file or a full refund.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- For any payment-related disputes, please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank — we aim to resolve all issues directly.
